How can I track my product shipment?
We will send you an email regarding to the shipment tracking 3-7 days after the purchase.
When can I get the Tracking Number?
Tracking Number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days to update your tracking information. If you don't receive tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email. If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email too.
How long does the shipping/delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the courier is already done loading your package on the plane, delivery time within the United States is 14-30 days after processing, and 14-30 days internationally as well.
Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are not able to control, festive seasons.
What should I do if the received item is damage?
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged before using. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects within 7 days upon arrival. After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
Can I get replacement for the damaged item?
Yes, within 7 days upon receiving the item. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you.
Can I get a refund?
In any circumstance, you may opt for a refund if the item is missing during delivery. For damaged goods, a replacement will be provided (only with evidence)
